In this position you will play a key role in all Capital Improvement Projects at DEN by creating standardized processes that will foster consistency from project to project. We will look to the successful candidate to grow this team to meet the needs of the 5 year CIP plan. The team will be a combination of engineers, architects, project managers, estimators, schedulers, inspectors and contract administrators. We are looking for someone who can come into the airport and understand our complex facilities, major systems and a number of airport specific rules/ regulations.

Our ideal candidate has:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or Architecture
5 years of experience as a Manager in the field of architecture, engineering, property management or facility management
10 years of experience managing a large facility (such as a school, hospital or mall)
Aviation knowledge and experience

Bachelor's Degree in a related field based on a specific position and five years of experience at the type and level of Manager
Education/Experience Equivalency:Two years of the appropriate type and level of experience will serve as an equivalency to one year of education. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, eight years of relevant experience can be substituted. A Master's Degree may be substituted for one year of experience.
