Airport Vendor/Tenant Positions, Business Development, Property Management
Provide financial and other analytical support, contract evaluation and research support to management staff. Draft leases, airline and/or rental automobile concession and other agreements at the direction of management. Administer and maintain compliance with the terms and conditions of the agreements. Serve as project coordinator and Authority’s liaison with customers to understand, evaluate, present and track tenant issues and projects. Represent the Authority in assigned matters pertaining to Greater Orlando Aviation Authority properties. Other special projects and duties as assigned.
Bachelor degree in Aviation Management, Business or Public Administration, or directly related field and four (4) years experience related to airline, rental car, commercial lease management and/or contract administration and airline/airport operations/management or an equivalent combination of related training, education and experience.
Considerable knowledge of principles, practices, techniques, and methodologies of real estate business, public administration, and work related to area of assignment desirable.
Must have the ability to read, interpret and draft contracts, leases and routine real estate transaction documents, and read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, drawings and architectural renderings.
Proficient computer skills required (Microsoft Office Suite). Oracle and PropWorks desirable to perform financial and general business analysis, prepare documents, exhibits and presentations.
Knowledge of standard space management practices and techniques to assist clients in developing space requirements; layouts, designs and timetables for build-out of space and use and interpretation of architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, public presentation and written skills and be able to effectively interact with internal and external customers, technical and non-technical personnel.
