Any combination equivalent to: A bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business, Public Administration, or related field and a minimum of five (5) years related aviation managerial experience at a public use airport.
Must possess a valid State of Nevada Motor Vehicle Operator’s License and maintain a satisfactory driving record. Pilot’s license desirable.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration policies and procedures.
Knowledge of airport management principles and practices.
Knowledge of budget development and administration policies and procedures.
Knowledge of airport construction management principles.
Knowledge of computers and job related software programs.
Skill in the analysis of problems and the development and implementation of solutions.
Skill in the preparation of clear and precise reports.

The work is typically performed while sitting at a desk or table or while intermittently sitting, standing, or stooping. The employee occasionally lifts light and heavy objects, uses tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity, and distinguishes between shades of color.
