Performance Objectives • Manage, provide guidance and direction to a team of 4 to 5 Airport Planners level and Senior Airport Planners to ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet or exceed expectations. • Execute and deliver project management lifecycle management system and new processes that integrate the planning, design, construction, and maintenance functions of facilities and systems. • Examine and understand the planning departmental goals in relation to the Airport Master Plan and DFW Airport’s Strategic Plan. • Coordinate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders within and outside of the Airport to aide in developing key objectives for the Planning department. • Implement key strategies and oversee the success of them through set KPI’s and bench-marks. Differentiators • Large Hub Experience • Exposure to facility design and development • Highly visible position What we require of you: - Bachelor's degree in aviation planning, transportation planning, transportation engineering or a related field. - Five (5) years professional-level experience in airport planning, engineering or development. - Five (5) years of project management or leadership position. - Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above. - Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.
