Candidates must present the following qualifications to be considered eligible for this position: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university * Minimum 5 years progressively responsible project and contract management experience * Knowledge of AirTrain or rail related assets, analysis of problems and obtaining the necessary resources from the various stakeholders * Background in rail transit operations, maintenance and safety procedures * Experience working interdepartmentally with Procurement, Engineering and/or Law departments * Experience in coordinating with external stakeholders * Must possess a valid Driver’s License
