PURPOSE: Responsible for leading the development of, and executing the strategies for the business functions and employees of the Facilities, Fleet, Systems and Grounds section of the Aviation Maintenance Department. This includes facilities (building envelope, fixed structures and furniture), fleet (including bus, auto and mobile equipment), airfield, roadway and parking lot pavement surfaces, storm & industrial waste water drainage systems, perimeter security barriers, and exterior signage systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Combination of education and experience demonstrative knowledge, skills and abilities equivalent to:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Construction Management, Business or related field; and
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible in operations, maintenance or management developing and implementing strategic goals.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s Degree; and
  • Ten (10) years of progressively responsible in operations, maintenance or management developing and implementing strategic goals in large hub airport.
