The Senior Information Technologist will report to the Information Systems Manager and will be involved in the daily support of systems and applications. WORK HOURS (9/80) Rotational Shift; The selected candidate should be available to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends and holidays and work after regular working hours for on-call and/or other technical maintenance activities, as required.
The ideal candidate will possess five (5) or more years of progressively responsible experience providing end-user customer relations, staff supervision, system support, and help desk operations. The ideal candidate will also possess two (2) or more years of direct experience providing end-user system support for a Common Use Terminal Equipment (CUTE) system, Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS), Common Use Self-Service (CUSS), or Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems (PARCS). The selected incumbent will be expected to show increasing initiative, independence in performing duties, and an understanding of systems in place within the organization. LICENSE REQUIRED The successful candidate must possess and maintain a valid California Driver's License, Class C or higher, by date of appointment. Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Airport Access Badge with an Airport Driving Endorsement within ten (10) days of employment.
AIRPORT ACCESS REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate must clear background check which includes a Criminal History Records Check (CHRC), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and Security Threat Assessment (STA).
