The Director is responsible for concessions planning, budgeting, reporting and oversight of the development of airport concessions programs, airfield aeronautical business, commercial development of airport property, parking operations, and related capital improvements.
This leadership position is well suited for an individual that has experience with lease development and administration, strong financial analytical capabilities and an understanding of needs of a unique environment like an airport. This position will lead all concession related activities in areas such as budget preparation, program management and forecasting, customer experience and successful Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) goal adherence.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration or a closely related field. Five years of progressively responsible experience in planning, developing and implementing revenue driving strategic initiatives, negotiation and administering revenue contracts; or an equivalent training and experience. Five years of management experience. A valid driver’s license and access to an insured reliable vehicle are also required. Knowledge of Airport business practices and programs, and FAA rules and regulations strongly preferred.
