Mineta San José International Airport is recruiting for a Senior Analyst. The position of Senior Analyst in the Airport Planning and Development Division, provides support to the diverse functions including Capital Project Delivery teams, Planning, Environmental Management, for the Airport Department.
Some of the Senior Analyst position responsibilities include:
• Lead and coordinate the project controls function for assigned capital projects and serve as a technical advisor to Section Leads and Project Managers to achieve on time, on budget, and other performance goals for Capital Projects. • Implement systems and processes in developing, monitoring, tracking, analyzing capital project budget, costs, forecasts, and costs of personnel resources charged to project budgets. • Develop program level cash flow to support performance metrics. • Provide statistical analysis that provides an indication of project/programs progress, trends, potential risks, and contingency management in support of the capital program implementation.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Four (4) years of increasingly responsible experience in general management/administrative analytic work in the areas of budget, finance, grant administration, organizational analysis, general administration, human resources, or related field in general analytical work
Acceptable Substitutions: One (1) year of additional education above the Bachelor’s Degree level may be substituted for one (1) year of the required management/administrative analytic work.
Licenses or Certificates: Ability to obtain California Driver License.
