Responsibilities would include assisting with the development of airport master plans, analyzing gate and terminal layouts, managing on-call aviation planning services, recommending long term plans to implement company's strategic objectives and support for project managers in general planning tasks.
Develop airport master plans, United support and operational space master plans, feasibility studies, land/easement acquisition services, aviation planning services, and support for Corporate Real Estate.
Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering
Familiarity with FAA Advisory Circulars and Orders; ACRP Standards (LOS)
Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Collaborative approach, problem solving skills, strong communication skills
5 + years’ experience in Aviation Airfield and Terminal Planning
Must be able to travel to locations served by United as (approximately 25-50%)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview to meet job qualifications
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Knowledge of International Civil Aviation Organizations (ICAO) airport design/operation standards and International Air Transportation Association (IATA) planning standards a plus
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
