CMT is a full-service consulting firm organized in four markets: Aviation, Surface Transportation, Water Resources and Civil Site Services. This full-time position would be an opportunity to join our newly established Nashville office as an aviation discipline lead. The selected candidate will have demonstrated leadership qualities and relevant work experience in leading project teams, working with clients to develop individualized solutions, and advance the CMT brand through business development and industry involvement activities.

B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum of 10 years of experience with increasing responsibility in the civil engineering profession with a focus on aviation engineering.
Licensed Professional Engineer in Tennessee
Documented business development capabilities and effectiveness.
Strong professional network required along with participation in professional organizations for continuous improvement of technical skills.
Experience in writing proposals, reports, and engineering project documents.
Excellent oral and written communications.
Master of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Experience in planning projects and development of capital programs
