The Airside Operations team at Denver International Airport (DEN) has an opening for an Assistant Airport Operations Manager (AAOM). This position will work with a team of other AAOM's and the Airport Operations Manager (AOM) to manage the day-to-day operations at Denver International Airport to ensure the safety and security of the traveling public and airport employees. In this position you will work on the airfield to monitor compliance of airport/ federal regulations. You will also assist with other activities, such as emergency management and snow removal. In this position you have the opportunity to learn all about airfield management and operations, with additional increasing responsibilities and potential growth.
We are looking for someone passionate about aviation, who demonstrates initiative, leadership ability and who will work to enhance our team environment. In addition our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Three years’ experience in aviation operations
One year experience in aviation snow removal
Experience with part 139
Work schedule flexibility as a DEN is a 24/7 365 operation

Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science or a related field.
Three years of experience of the type and at the level of Aviation Operations Representative or equivalent in an aviation environment.
A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education and experience requirement.
Possession of a current valid Driver's License at the time of application.
