The Director of Operations and Maintenance is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day activities of all maintenance, operations, engineering and public safety functions of the Quad City International Airport.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration or related field and extensive experience in facilities and airport operations management or any equivalent combination of experience and training (minimum 5 years) which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the work; Accredited Airport Executive (AAE) designation or ability and commitment to obtain this designation within two (2) years of hire. FAA pilot certification is highly desirable.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000. Excellent benefit package, including Defined Benefit Pension program, optional IRS Section 457 deferred compensation retirement program with employer match up to 5%, employer sponsored medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance and vehicle allowance.
