TBI Airport Management, Inc., located at the Ontario International Airport, in Ontario, California, is currently looking for a Maintenance Manager! The Maintenance Manager manages and oversees all Maintenance Department related functions and personnel.
Major Responsibilities and Functions:
Oversee day-to-day activities, budget and personnel responsible for the maintenance of airport facilities, airfield areas, roadways and parking lots.
Oversee airport’s fleet maintenance programs.
Monitor and enforce programs and policies.
Manage and develop direct reports.
Coordinate on construction projects.
Ensure compliance with FAA rules and regulationsinate efforts to maintain a safe & convenient environment for passengersman Resources Specialist.laid off and several of and .
Oversee airport maintenance operations and staff.
Ensure compliance with Airport Authority purchasing process.
Evaluate and develop annual budgets.
Oversee Airport Maintenance and Fleet Maintenance budget.
Perform budgeting analysis and tracking of budgets.
Oversee Maintenance Department safety program.
Perform other duties as assigned.
5 years of maintenance management experience in a multi-faceted, multiple facility environment, preferably at a commercial airport.
High School diploma or the equivalent
Ability to comprehend regulatory/construction related documents.
Ability to communicate.
Working knowledge of computers and related facility management software.
Valid California driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Obtain and maintain security clearance as required by role and TSA regulations.
Skill in effective oral and written communication.
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with other airport personnel.
