Spokane Airports is seeking a Director of Properties & Contracts who will be responsible for negotiating, implementing, and managing leases and contracts as well as overseeing risk management and property development. As a key member of the executive team, the Director of Properties & Contracts reports to the Airport CEO and helps develop and execute strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Business Administration, Public Administration, Airport Management or related field. Minimum of five years’ experience in multi-use commercial property leasing and contract management with decision making responsibility utilizing the principles of real estate and property management; including calculation of interest rates, lease changes and related costs. Five to Ten years of experience with airport contracts, concessions, and real estate transactions preferred.

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Business Administration, Public Administration, Airport Management or related field.
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a Law degree is desirable.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in multi-use commercial property leasing and contract management with decision making responsibility utilizing the principles of real estate and property management; including calculation of interest rates, lease changes and related costs. Five to Ten years of experience with airport contracts, concessions, and real estate transactions preferred.
  • Experience in preparing and presenting professional research, negotiating and documenting agreements, and interacting with government regulatory agencies.
  • A combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and ability to perform the duties of this position will be considered.

NOTES:

Additional Salary Information: The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $140,000 DOQ with an attractive benefits package.
