Directs, manages and oversees all aspects customer service activities at Boston Logan International Airport and pursues innovative solutions to ensure the highest level of customer service for the Airport's passengers. Directs several teams including unionized members of the multi-lingual Customer Services Unit staff, summer student staff, Lost and Found staff, airport call center staff, and survey staff. Directs and provides leadership for airport customer improvement initiatives, implemented in coordination with other Massport lines of business, airport partners including Federal stakeholders, and Boston Logan tenants.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Science, Business Administration or equivalent professional education or experience required. Master's degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 7-10 years of aviation operations or customer service experience preferred. Prior experience at an International Origin Destination (O/D) Airport preferred. 5 years of supervisory experience required.
Current and valid driver's license.
Ability to pass Massport security clearance and obtain a Massport security badge.
Ability to pass a Massport controlled substance test and background security checks.
Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and Transportation Security regulations related to airport operations.
Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software programs.
