Airside Operations, Fire Fighter/Crash Rescue, Landside Operations
This all-encompassing position covers: Airside and Terminal Operations, Security Compliance, Emergency Management, Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting, Snow Removal and Wildlife Mitigation.
POSITION SUMMARY: Ensures compliance with federal, state and local requirements for commercial airports. Provides a safe and efficient transportation gateway to the region. Responsible for all aspects of Airport security and safety including Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighter (ARFF), snow removal, wildlife mitigation, and other safety related issues.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in related field & one year of experience in the airport industry is preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training & experience. FAA ARFF 40 Hour Certification preferred or within six months from date of hire. Private Pilot’s License Preferred. AAAE Airport Security Coordinator Certification preferred. ICS Certifications (ICS 100, 200, NIMS 300, 700, 800) preferred or within six months from date of hire. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Colorado Driver’s License.
