The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking an individual with management experience directing the planning, design and/or construction of large public works projects to lead a diligent and capable team as the Vice-President of Planning, Engineering and Environmental Management (VP). Minimum Qualifications: Required Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Aviation Management, Engineering, Environmental Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
An equivalent combination of directly related management experience may be substituted on a year for year basis (e.g., one year of full-time experience will be considered equivalent to thirty (30) semester or forty-five (45) quarter units of college course work).
Required Experience: Ten (10) years of progressively responsible management experience directing the planning, design, and/or construction of airports and/or large public works programs, which must include at least two (2) years of direct supervisory experience.
Required License: A valid driver's license is required at the time of application.

Additional Salary Information: Entry Salary: $132,389 - $166,811 annually. Opportunity for additional merit-based increases up to a range maximum of $201,232 annually. Initial salary placement will be based upon experience and qualifications. This is a management at-will position, which is salaried and is exempt from overtime.
