Supervises operations and maintenance staff in support of 24-hour operations as well as understanding all aspects of FAR Part 139 including ARFF, Snow, Wildlife, and Emergency Planning. Ensures compliance with FAA/TSA regulations, environmental rules and regulations, all airport policies and procedures. A significant amount of independent judgment and decision-making on operational matters is to be exercised. Experience in budget preparation, participating in contract negotiations and monitoring compliance with noise abatement Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with a number of airport stakeholder groups including government officials, tenants, customers, and the general public. This position is considered essential and is subject to call 24-hours. Required: Bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license. A.A.E. preferred. Salary $65,335-$87,388.
