Internship Description: Garver's experienced Aviation Planning Team in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a motivated aviation management student to train and mentor as a summer 2020 intern. This Aviation intern will have the opportunity to receive training from senior aviation planners in various elements of master planning, business planning, strategic planning, airport layout plans, safety management systems, and other aviation planning and research processes for general aviation and commercial service airports.
For undergraduate degree applicants: Must have completed sophomore year towards an aviation management degree by spring 2020
For graduate degree applicants: Must have completed 16 credit hours towards an aviation management degree by spring 2020
Strong desire to pursue aviation planning
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous internship experience
Experience with AutoCAD
Aviation work experience
