This position leads the development and maintenance of a Business Intelligence (BI) program including a data management program, metric development, analytics, dash-boarding and coordinates related operational planning activities. Ensures that the BI program and associated planning efforts effectively assist the Management and Operations Division in achieving performance goals tied to operation and management program strategies that target airfield operations and Part 139 compliance, facilities and landside operations/management, field maintenance operations, trades and Energy Management Center (EMC) activities, customer service and the Reliever Airport system. Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements for systems to effectively advance business strategies.
A bachelor's degree in aviation, business, analytics, computer science, information technology or related field.
Five years of experience in aviation/airport planning, business analysis or a related field.
Five years of statistical analysis, data mining and business intelligence experience.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience with the development of data management programs.
Experience with data mining, analytics and related technology/software tools.
Experience identifying process and technology development needs in order to improve and streamline operations.
Experience building models in order to create an efficient workflow.
Experience overseeing implementation of technological initiatives.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Experience creating and maintaining documentation including process and system requirements.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Reliable vehicle to commute between job sites.
Programming experience with scripting languages such as PHP, Perl, and Python.
Experience with database design, data architecture, and web-based applications.
Experience with ESRI or ArcGIS.
Significant experience with developing dashboarding/data visualization solutions.
Proficient in ETL (extract, transform, load).
SQL server experience including SQL objects development, performance tuning, data analysis and integration.
Experience with HTML.
Experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, MapReduce or Spark.
