Manager, Airport Security / JFK International Airport
The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Airport Security Unit, Airport ID Office, and the supervision of assigned staff. The Airport Security Manager is designated as the Airport Security Coordinator (ASC) and the Facility Information Security Officer and serves as primary point of contact with Port Authority units that are involved in planning and construction of the airport's physical and technological security systems, as well as those tenants and units responsible for the use of such systems. The Security Manager will also coordinator with all local, state and federal agencies.
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Business Administration, Aviation Management or another related field.
· Minimum of five years of aviation security experience at the supervisory level or equivalent at a commercial service airport.
