The Talent, Culture & Capability department is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist. In this role, you will use intentional learning to develop, design, and implement learning solutions focused on strengthening employees’ aptitude and deliver learning initiatives and programs across the organization. This position is also responsible for developing and integrating projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational initiatives.
Collaborate and consult with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop learning solutions in support of organizational initiatives and operational needs.
Examine strategies to strengthen the employee experience and to encourage continuous learning through the creation of robust career and leadership development programs.
Work with senior leadership to evaluate performance management effectiveness and provide insight for continuous improvement.
Design and develop a variety of surveys, in collaboration with stakeholders, using the Qualtrics system. A thorough understanding of survey construction, data analysis (both quantitative and qualitative), results communication, and action planning is necessary.
Partner with all levels of the organization from executive leadership to individual contributors as well as across all departments to provide meaningful, relevant learning initiatives.
Show a willingness to adopt new ideas and initiatives and use multiple methods for introducing them to the organization.
Collect data and analyze the impact of long-term and specific initiatives; launch new hire plans, program promotion, training activities, and events; upload e-learning, assign courses; assess enrollments and track participation and generate reports; participate in the evaluation and selection of learning software and training initiatives.

Proficient in instructional design and blended learning solution design and development.
Experience and proficiency with eLearning development, Learning Management Systems, survey software construction, data analysis and research groups.
Dynamic, strong facilitation skills and exceptional attention to detail to monitor own work for accuracy and grammatical errors.
Excellent project management skills; motivated to meet the commitment for projects within deadlines and project plans.
A self-starter with proven proactive performance with resourcefulness and adaptability skills.
Depending on experience, the hiring reward is up to 62,450 – 81,209.
