The Airport Operation Manager contributes to the Port of Bellingham mission as one of four duty managers (managing Airside, Landside, Terminal, and General Aviation & Training) and is primarily responsible for the administrative management of the day-to-day Airport Operations including oversight of the following airport programs: Airfield, security access control system oversight, Airport Security Program, training, parking vendor contract oversight, website/social media posting, advertising media organization, Ground Transportation Service Operators (GTSO) program, noise abatement, storm-water, and wildlife programs.
The Operations Manager is the primary point of contact for federal, state and local agencies, as well as tenants and the public. This position reports to the Director
