In this position, you will be the main point of contact for the DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise), ACDBE (Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise), Title VI, and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) programs. You will research and keep up to date with all the newest and/or revised regulations regarding these programs.
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
Knowledge of methods and techniques of data collection
Knowledge of pertinent federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations
Knowledge of DBE, ACDBE, Title VI, and ADA programs
Knowledge of principles and practices of record-keeping
Ability to prepare clear and concise reports
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing
Successful candidate will have
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business administration, public administration, or a related field.
Three years of full-time responsible program administration experience
One (1) year of the appropriate type and level of experience may be substituted for each required year of post-high school education.
Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements.
Ideal candidates will also have
Three years of experience in a regulatory role
Three years of experience in aviation compliance
Experience working with any of the following programs:
DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise)
ACDBE (Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise)
