TBI Airport Management is seeking a qualified Airport Manager for Middle Georgia Regional Airport (MCN) and Macon Downtown Airport (MAC). Candidate will provide leadership; long-term planning; and day-to-day oversight of operations. Duties: •Develop and implement capital projects; •Oversee airport operations, including managing staff; •Develop and manage budgets and prepare financial reports; •Negotiate leases and other agreements with new and existing contractors and tenants; •Manage federal and state grants; •Develop and implement a Strategic Plan; •Coordinate with federal, state, and local governmental entities; •Implement federal, state, and local regulations; •Establish and maintain effective working relationships with airport stakeholders; •Promote economic and air service development; •Additional duties as assigned or required.
Bachelor's degree in airport management or related field or equivalent experience, master's degree preferred
Certification or designation from AAAE desired
Four years' progressive experience in management or administration
Extensive knowledge of Part 139 requirements
Ability to pass a background check and health screening
Effective communication skills

This includes all Department of Aviation (DOA) common use facilities and equipment, oversight of the operation of Concourse E Ramp Tower, operation of Ramp 9 tower and Concourse C Ramp Tower and management of all City Of Atlanta domestic common use facilities.
