As Contracts Manager (Goods and Services) B, you and your team will be responsible for a full range of pre-award, post-award and terminations/close-out functions for major supply, service and other types of contracts. This role contributes to the Procurement and Contracts Department in the Office of Supply Chain Management at the Headquarters Office in Arlington, VA. Performs pre-award and post-award contracting functions, including reviewing, planning, soliciting, evaluating, awarding and administering large dollar value goods and service contracts. Supervises Contracting Officers and Supply Chain Management Technicians. Performs related functions.
