• Inspect airport facilities to ensure compliance with federal, state and local rules and regulations related to airports. • Implement operational policies and programs. • Maintain accurate records and generate required reports. • Plan, execute and monitor work assignments consistent with airport certification standards. • Issue Notice to Airman (NOTAMS) as regarding temporary or permanent changes to the Airport. • Coordinate and participate in the airport certification emergency response. • Act as a first responder to airport emergencies. • Implement, monitor and enforce airport certification programs. • Conduct airport surveys and training of airport tenants and employees, as directed. • Respond to noise complaints. • Perform aircraft billing and collections. • Perform minor maintenance
