Operations Manager (Dulles, VA) - Full Time Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of our organizations, overseeing multiple departments and subordinates functions. Responsible for management of our clients, Ethiopian Airlines (ET), airport operations at Washington Dulles International Airport. Manage and supervise all operative staff for ET, including Supervisors and Passenger Service agents in all operational areas: ticket counter, gates, FIS, checkpoints to ensure a safe operation along with excellent customer service.
