The Portland International Jetport is seeking qualified candidates for our Customer Experience Manager position. This position reports to the Assistant Airport Director and is a member of the management team. The selected candidate will be a creative and energetic leader who has strength in building new programs and is a great communicator. This position will also oversee the Airport Ambassador Program, Airport Service Quality Surveying, and two internal Customer Relations Specialists. This position will be responsible for internal and external communications to team members and the general public on customer experience shortfalls and success and will also directly interact with the community in person, via the website, and social media channels.
