Will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, operation, instruction of critical systems/equipment, including jet bridges, autoclave garbage sterilizer, car wash & fueling systems, vacuum systems. Basic maintenance, troubleshooting, repair including light custodial and maintenance of restrooms, offices, common areas, parking areas, covered operations areas, and maintenance bays. **Perform inspections/preventive maintenance as per manufacturer of equipment/systems, HVAC systems, frequency drivers for aircraft power, passenger boarding bridge systems, autoclave sterilizer, rental car Quick Turnaround Facility systems and equipment, hydraulic lift systems. **Read/understand complex schematics for control, power conversion, HVAC steam generation systems. Interpret error codes provided by the diagnostic systems. **Proactively communicate with stakeholders before impacting systems, including reducing/removing operational capacity of system/equipment. Communicate impacts, timelines, expectations, update when details change. **Perform basic preventative/reactive maintenance inside offices, common areas, maintenance bays of tenant spaces inside the Quick Turnaround Facility. **In-depth knowledge of OEM parts for boarding bridges, QTA facility systems, sterilizer.

•  Requires High School Diploma/GED.
• Minimum of (3) three years of experience.
• Trade license in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other specialty preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required. Successful out of state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire.
