The Business Analyst will work with the local leadership team, as well as corporate, being the day-to-day lead for all analytical aspects of business and operational agreements, airport statistical data (key performance indicators), the airport asset management program as well as supporting the deliverables required under the agreement between Avports and the Authority. Essential duties of the position include but not limited to: - Work at the direction of leadership. -Develop business cases, financial models and databases in support of airport operations, management, business and commercial activities. -Assist in all aspects of airport commercial and operational initiatives, including preparing and supporting the draft of RFQ, RFPs, leases, amendments, permits, and other documentation for management review. -Identify, analyze, and process data to interpret operational, financial and commercial trends, and generate summary reports of key performance indicators (KPIs) and operating standards. Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, aviation management, finance, economics, engineering, statistics, data sciences or related field required. Two to three years of progressively responsible experience performing similar business analyst functions is preferred, with a basic understanding of accounting. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience in data visualization/business intelligence software such as Tableau (preferred) or others.
