The City of Saint Joseph is looking for a highly responsible manager that is capable of directing the operations and personnel at a large municipally owned general aviation/military joint use airport. This position requires the applicant to do extensive planning, grant administration, personnel supervision and coordination with local Air National Guard officials and numerous tenants. This position also serves as liaison between federal, state and local government to identify grant funding and regulatory issues. The airport manager administers and monitors grant programs, funded activities, projects, performance and compliance documentation. Complete supervisory and budgetary responsibilities for the division.
