General Responsibilities: Under the general supervision of the Director of Aviation, performs a variety of duties as directed, including budget preparation and management, grant management, and procurement services. Major Responsibilities and Functions: - Develop, implement, and maintain the airports’ annual Operations & Management and Capital Improvement Program Budgets - Submit invoices for payment to Macon-Bibb County Finance Department and manage airport purchase cards - Serve as the liaison with the FAA and Georgia Department of Transportation on behalf of Macon-Bibb County Finance Department - Procure office equipment, supplies and services which includes working with vendors, negotiating orders and contracts, submitting required information to Macon-Bibb Procurement Department
