Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (“CLE”, or the “Airport”) and Cleveland Buke Lakefront Airport (“BKL”) are owned by the City of Cleveland (the “City”) and operated by the City of Cleveland Department of Port Control (“DPC”). Today, CLE is Ohio’s busiest airport, serving more than 10 million passengers annually and generating $3.5 billion in annual economic development.
