The State of Oregon is looking for an individual to lead the Oregon Department of Aviation. ODAV is a 15-person state agency that provides services to 97 public use airports (and owns /operates 28 of them). The agency provides pavement evaluation/maintenance programs, evaluates tall structures, does statewide system planning, registers aircraft and airports, administers a grant program, and provides assistance to local governments. The ODAV office is located in Salem (the state Capitol). Oregon offers an exceptional quality of life. The current ODAV director is retiring in June.
