The Aviation Account Executive at Veoci is the Hunter/Closer of New Sales. This is a complete sales role and at times may include prospecting and qualifying, while also managing and closing new sales. i.e. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting for new business opportunities, online product demonstrations, territory and pipeline management, contract negotiation, and closing business.
This posted position is within Veoci's Aviation Vertical. Veoci's Aviation Account Executive will leverage existing networks and relationships within the industry and references from current customers to help with Aviation vertical growth; identify customer/industry needs and trends and work with pre-sales and members of the solutions team to establish value proposition while also communicating and collaborating with the Marketing Team.
Manage the entire sales cycle for opportunities within the Aviation industry.
Use internal Veoci tools to effectively manage the sales cycle, including nurturing and restarting customers as needed.
Following up with prospects through the sales cycle.
Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
Work with the Aviation vertical team members to create appropriate demos; schedule demos and any associated follow-up.
Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
Close software and relates services sales to meet quarterly and annual targets.
5 years Aviation experience either working for an Airport Operator or Airline
Understanding of aviation related regulations and daily operations
Experience in Sales and Customer Service
Strength in internet and social media research skills to understand and find customers
Excellent communication skills and ability to understand people
Convey high level of likability and friendliness to prospects
Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives at prospect firms
Proven work ethic and dependability.
Preferred - experience working with or selling SaaS solutions.
