Assist the Terminal Operations Manager in managing the personnel and programs to ensure the safe and efficient flow of passengers through terminal facilities, to ensure an optimal customer experience at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), supervises and directs the work of the Terminal Operations Supervisors, Terminal Operations Coordinators, Airport Service Representatives, as well as contract services for the Airport customer services contract.
