Performs various duties at Tweed-New Haven Airport as dictated by operational requirements including but not limited: Perform airfield inspections and maintain records of all aeronautical areas including pavement, markings, lighting, safety areas, wildlife mitigation, construction, emergency equipment, and fueling practices. Responsible for snow removal operation and aircraft rescue and fire fighting on assigned shifts. Maintain and record aircraft activities during the assigned shift. Represent Airport Management in routine operational matters. Coordinate construction and maintenance activities on or near the facility to ensure airport safety standards and maintain operational status.
