Under the authority of the Airfield Manager, monitors the day-to-day airfield operations, conducts airfield inspections to identify, assess, and mitigate hazardous conditions; inspects the condition of airfield lighting, pavement, and markings. Performs wildlife control to include removal and disposal. Ensures airport compliance with all FAA and Florida Department of Transportation regulations and advisory documents that govern airport safety and security. Operate two-way radios, facilitate emergency and non-emergency communications, and operate vehicles on and off the airfield. Issues Notice to Air Missions (NOTAMs).
