Directs, develops and coordinates the department and airports special discrimination programs as they relate to civil rights, affirmative action and/or dispute resolution. Ensures department compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and DOT regulations as it pertains to DBEs, SBEs, SMWBEs, Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBE), Limited English Proficiency (LEP) and Environmental Justice for Kansas City International Airport and Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport. Develops training materials for department representatives in the areas of compliance with state and federal affirmative action, Americans with Disability Act (ADA) and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Trains all airport employees in non-discriminatory practices as pertaining to the public. S
