This position serves as the first line responder in handling and investigating complaints of discrimination, identifying and resolving compliance issues. Complaints are received through walk-ins, written referrals, website and telephone complaints. Interviews witnesses and charging parties to determine validity of claims and recommending case resolutions. Responsible for evaluating, analyzing and monitoring results through project management to ensure full compliance with the goals of Kansas City International Airport’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE), and Small, Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (SMWBE) programs.
