Responsible for revenue and business development, supporting analysis, lease negotiations, property management and compliance. Highly cross functional role, serving as a liaison between the Authority and our airport tenants, including day-to-day tactical business management of the revenue lease portfolio, assisting in the negotiations of leases and operational agreements, policy development, procurement, regulatory compliance, department strategies, and development of effective and impactful business transactions to generate airport revenues, and enhance offerings to airport customers.
