Under minimal supervision, provides specialized work with relative independence in the application of substantial acquired public procurement knowledge to facilitate the complex and advanced technical tasks of various Procurement Programs, with priority to the Horry County Department of Airports. Incumbent will be responsible for developing, monitoring and reporting on assigned program(s) to ensure that Horry County Government’s guidelines for the program, as well as Procurement Code and Regulation, are followed.
