Director of Airport Properties and Airline Affairs, Tampa International Airport Aviation Authority. Reporting to and under the general direction of the Vice President of Real Estate, the Director of Airport Properties and Airline Affairs represents the Aviation Authority as the facility owner and is responsible for the strategic planning, business management, and lease negotiations for the aviation properties portfolio at the Airport, including the Main Terminal, Airsides, and airfield out buildings such as cargo, GSE, and ground handling facilities (the Airport Properties). The incumbent will provide technical expertise in contract negotiation and drafting and will provide advice regarding all business and contract-related compliance activities affecting the Airport Properties. This posit
