The Grant Manager- Manages the administration of all grants within the Department of Aviation to ensure proper accounting and in accordance with Federal Office of Management, Budget Circulars, and other federal and state and local laws. Is responsible for writing and coordinating the submission of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Improvement Program (AIP) Grants annually for projects that support the Airport’s Capital Improvement Plan. Reviews monthly detail grant reports for accuracy and presents quarterly/monthly grant information to key stockholders and senior staff. Provides a range of technical and policy planning support for airport projects and operational grant funding plans. This position ensures appropriate documentation of airport funding plans remain consistent wit
