Under the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and the Manager of Employee Development & Engagement, this position supports various human resources functions, particularly in the areas of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Employee Engagement and Development. You will gain entry-level exposure to these very important and emerging disciplines in the Human Resource fields. Tasks and activities include, but are not limited to: coordinating meetings, trainings, and engagement surveys; reviewing, analyzing and presenting data and survey information in a compelling manner; managing and organizing reports; administering a Learning Management System (LMS), assisting with small business programs; supporting outreach and engagement efforts, employee resource groups and other committees and
