The Airport Property Manager is primarily responsible for property management and development at the Corpus Christi International Airport. Candidate will create and implement strategies to expand airport commercial development including a wide variety of airport real estate activities, lease administration, and contract negotiations. The position will serve as a property manager, tenant liaison, contract administrator, new business developer, and compliance officer.
