Executes leases, contracts, and agreement documents. Ensures contracts, leases, and agreements meet industry best practices and grant assurance requirements. Works with the City of Kansas City’s Civil Rights and Economic Opportunity office (CREO) for contract compliance issues to include DBE, ACDBE, MBE, and WBE. Special use agreements, POEs, RFP development, leasing software functions, tenant modification processes and risk management/insurance functions. Handles lease administration at both airports, monitors tenant space, and farm management. Handles land and building commercial development negotiations.
