This is work spearheading capital improvement projects, as well as maintenance and repair projects which range from moderate to highly complex in nature. Ensures the success of the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA)’s Capital Improvement Program by managing Capital Projects that typically range from $500,000 to $5,000,000. The work requires knowledge, understanding and experience in various construction types, building material test procedures, and managing project budgets which is usually gained through a combination of training and substantial job experience. Supervises work of multiple consultants and contractors.
